Keto Chow Mocha Tiramisu Mousse

  1. You will need Six dessert bowls or wine glasses

  2. In a large mixing bowl blend together the coffee, sweetener, mocha keto chow, and vanilla extract.

  3. Mix in the mascarpone cheese.

  4. In a separate bowl whip the heavy cream until it forms soft peaks.

  5. Gently fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone cheese mixture.

  6. Divide among six small serving dishes.

  7. Sprinkle the top of each mouse with cocoa powder.

  8. Cover the dishes or wrap with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

  9. Garnish with fresh berries and more whipped cream if desired.
