  1. Mix together almond flour, Keto Chow and baking powder

  2. Cut in the butter, you can use your hands

  3. Add egg whites and mix batter until combined, it will be lumpy from butter.

  4. Drop onto a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper

  5. Bake on 350 for 17-20 minutes or until brown on top.

  6. Split open using fork tines to keep fluffy texture.
