Easy raspberry chia puddings

Raspberry Chia Pudding Recipe

At the moment I’m traveling around England with my family and enjoying all sorts of not very healthy meals. So, I’ve been enjoying a variety of chia puddings for breakfast or snacks.

They are really easy to prepare, and a great way to enjoy a wide variety of nutritious ingredients.

A trip to a local supermarket found all I need to create daily chia puddings full of nourishing elements.

How To Make A Raspberry Chia Pudding

Ingredients for raspberry chia puddings

Here are ingredients I’ve included in my chia pudding and some ideas to adapt yours depending on your tastes and dietary requirements:

  • Raspberries – I went for raspberries but you can include any other berry you like and include as little or as much as you’d like to. If you’re following a low carb diet you may only want a small handful.
  • Milk – As I’m no longer following a low carb diet, I went for a luxurious full cream milk which had a rich, creamy top layer. If you’re wanting a keto, paleo or dairy free version then simply enjoy almond or another dairy free milk.

  • Yogurt – I went for a Kefir yogurt which I found and enjoyed for the added healthy qualities that a Kefir yogurt brings. Feel free to include a dairy free or low carb yogurt, depending on your dietary requirements.
  • Chia Seeds – the star of our chia pudding – I included 3 tablespoons, but feel free to use more or less depending on how thick you want your chia pudding to be.

You can also top your chia pudding with more berries, chia seeds or nuts. If you’re a fan of raspberry sweet treats, then you’re going to love these spectacular raspberry chia puddings.
